Money comes from vibrations not the effort – Jim Fortin

Money doesn’t come from the effort. Money only comes from vibrations. – Jim Fortin

Vibrations = Thoughts, Stories, Consciousness, Interpretations, etc.

Level determines interpretations

Jim Fortin says, when he was leaving at 432 Park Ave., in Manhattan, New York, the tallest building there, it was on the ground floor, and he couldn’t see nothing from there.

But one day when he went to the top floor, he could see the whole New York City at a glance.

So he figured it out that your level of thought determines your interpretation. If you are on the top of the game, with a vertical thinking (not horizontal), if you observe your thoughts (says Buddha), then, you are in complete influence of the circumstances of your life.

Man is a meaning making machine.

Jim Fortin says it does not matter, what it appears to be.

What does matter is what kind of meaning we’re giving to a thought or event.

Thinking is a habit

Thinking is a habit, and like any other habit, it can be changed;

it just takes effort and repetition. – John Elliott

Live Interpretations

It’s just a matter of processing of your thought.

Particularly of your negative thoughts

That keep on hitting you randomly.

Create a system of thought interpretations and follow through…

Your life will change very, very quickly.

It will make you a loving, caring and overall a nice human being.

Always remember, “Thinking bad equates to feeling bad.”

Why do we feel bad at any given moment?

Anytime you feel bad is because you are thinking bad – Jim Fortin

In other words, thinking bad is a byproduct of negative thoughts.

It’s a constant practice, which will take time.

You need to make a goal to be happy all the time, for no reasons.

How to do it? How to nip it in the bud?

The moment a negative thought pops up in my mind,

I need to dismiss it right away.

There are two ways you can do it:

(1) First line of defense is to say, “I love Charlie.”

Nine out of 10 times it will do the job.

(2) Only if you feel that you need to go deeper into it…

Then go through the thought interpretation process of steps 1 to 4.

I should not try to ignore it, rather I MUST dismiss it right away.

(3) Make a habit of asking this question frequently…

How much you are ready to pay for being unhappy?

Ask yourself, how much does it take (or cost) to stay unhappy?

Ignoring makes them stronger. Dismissing makes them go away.

Stories: Watch your thoughts, they become words;

Actions: Watch your words, they become actions;

Habits: Watch your actions, they become habits;

Self-Image: Watch your habits, they become self-image.

Jim Fortin’s Self-Image formula = Stories + Actions + Habits

Life interpretation recipe:

After my morning coffee, I’ll chant this line for a minute:

Nothing has any meaning, except the meaning that I give it.

Eliminating A Bad Habit Quickly

  1. Recognize “Habit Voice”
  2. Dismiss it (not Ignore)
  3. Move attention

Anatomy of a Habit: Ignoring Vs Dismissing

  1. Ignoring urges makes them stronger.
  2. Dismissing urges makes them go away.

Thought Interpretation

Step #1 is acknowledge the feeling

Step #2 is recognize that you’re feeling bad

Step #3 is create seven NEW interpretations

Step #4 is you’re picking a new interpretation.

I love Charlie… these 3 words have magic in it.

It is a time tester thing in my life, since year 2001.

In the past, whenever a thought occurs in the mind

And I get mad at someone…

All have to do is say these three magic words…

I love Charlie (on whatever the name of the person is)

And immediately with some miracle, my anger vanishes.

And a piece comes down all over me, very, very quickly.

PS: Always remember,

Thinking bad equates to feeling bad

Your entire life is simply an interpretation.

When you change them, life will change very, very quickly.

When you change your interpretation, you change the way you feel.

The moment you get a negative thought and start thinking bad about something…

It will automatically interpret it, which will lead you to feeling bad.

The way you can stop it is you give your negative thought seven interpretations

Then pick one up it out of those seven

At any given moment…

When you change your interpretation, you’ll change the way you are feeling now.

“Your entire life is simply an interpretation. When you change your interpretations your life will change very, very quickly. I give you my word.” — Jim Fortin

Practice a tiny habit of chanting this sentence:

Nothing has any meaning, except the meaning that I give it.

Habits and interpretations

Looks like, both of these two things, habits and interpretations go hand-in-hand.

You change a negative thought/feeling by giving it a new interpretation

You also change a negative habit, by giving it a new interpretation.

11/21/2022

How to interpret your thoughts?

It’s a constant practice, which will take time

You need to make a goal to be happy all the time, for no reasons

You need to think yourself as a baby, as a little child, always happy

Once you make your goal to be happy, and said your affirmations every hour of the day…

Now you how you are feeling at this moment?

Find a reason to feel bad and pretend that you’re feeling bad

Now interpret your thoughts by going for step method of Jim Fortin

Give it a new interpretation…

And be happy once again.

Keep on practicing this exercise continuously…

Maybe I can put it in my Tiny Habit builders list…

And every day I take one minute, and interpret a thought, by becoming happy.

Why we feel bad at any given moment?

Anytime you feel bad is because you are thinking bad – Jim Fortin

In other words, thinking bad is a byproduct of negative thoughts.

So here is the mechanics of thinking bad:

As Jim Fortin said, “Your entire life is simply an interpretation. When you change them, life will change very, very quickly.”

And thinking bad comes from, how you interpret something.

Here is your fourth step formula to change your interpretation:

Interpretations

  1. Acknowledging the feeling (that you’re feeling bad)
  2. Recognize that you’re feeling bad (so, you will make the interpretation)
  3. Seven new ways you interpret it now
  4. Then, pick a new interpretation

Once again…

You are thinking bad, which came out of a negative thought

Before you think about something bad, you interpret it

More negatively you interpret it, worse it becomes

In other words, now you started feeling bad

So get hold of your interpretation

The moment a bad thought arises

Look at your interpretation of it

Create a new interpretation

Ask for a good feeling

Be happy again.

The Most Important Part of the Training

Habits and interpretations

Before I used to think that this is the most important one

7 – Week 5 – Choice vs Reaction (Habits)

It’s all about, How to Break Any Habit?

But when I finish the whole training I changed my mind

10 – Week 8 – Life Interpretations (Negative Thoughts)

It’s all about, How to Interpret Your Thoughts?

Because negative thoughts and bad feelings are attacking us continuously

Unless we learn how to combat them and put a procedure in place

No any other discipline in life will be able to help us as much.

I need to fix my thought process

Yesterday, I was thinking about the car parking in front of my house and it kept on bothering me for the whole day. Alex told me, “Is the car in your way, or making some loud music? If not, ignore it.” Then before sleep, I asked for an answer. This morning when I woke up, I found it. I need to change my thought process and it’s in…

The Biggest Takeaway from…

10 – Week 8 – Life Interpretations

Interpretations

  1. Thinking bad equates to feeling bad (Makes you good/bad person)
  2. Recognize that you’re feeling bad, (acknowledge the feeling)
  3. Use the method of “Seven new ways you interpret it now”
  4. Then, pick a new interpretation = Problem Solved

PS: Always remember,

Your entire life is simply an interpretation.

When you change them, life will change very, very quickly.

Dismiss the thought right away

Recently it was popping up on my head that, Oh we should move out of this (Arlington Heights) neighborhood and go to somewhere else… maybe I should buy another house. Like Olga said yesterday, this is a small town and I need to live in a big city, maybe like Roswell. Which is of course a very negative thought. I’m not going anywhere. What I need to do is, “The moment this thought pops up in my mind, I need to dismiss it right away.” Once again I should not try to ignore it, rather I MUST dismiss it right away. Yes that is the teaching of the great master named, Jim Fortin.
