A MODEL WORKBOOK

MY STORY

His question embarrassed me

In the spring of 2011, the seasonal allergy was bogging me down. It was hurting my business and all other aspect of my life. I was struggling to get started with yoga. I learnt through training, but when it came to implementation, I failed miserably. Why? Because I procrastinated. I have an uncle and he was calling me every week, asking, “Did you do it, did you do it?” and I kept on saying “No.” One day he asked, “Why aren’t you doing it?” I said because I needed to do more important things. He said “So, are you saying that you don’t have five minutes to do it, even if your life depends on it?” I felt ashamed of myself. I replied, “Yes, I can do it for five minutes, no problem.” And that is exactly what I did. The very next day I did it for 1 minute and the rest of the week I kept on doing it for just one minute each day. It didn’t disturb my morning routine (Who likes a CHANGE?). The next week I also did it for one minute, no matter what. Third week, I took it to two minutes. Pretty soon I found myself doing it for 5 minutes a day. And, in the next two months, I was doing it for 15 minutes a day, and that was in 2011, eight years are gone. It has become a part of life… A new habit was born.

A life-changing program

For the first time, I discovered that we do not need to change ourselves to get a “new discipline.” All we need is to change a habit. And it starts on a molecular level. Just change it a little bit, every day. Without fighting with your inner self, you’ll be able to install a habit (which will contribute to your discipline later on), no matter how big it is. And that is what this program is all about. We’ll provide you with a system (a software) that will be able to gauge the progress and it will guide you through this journey. It works for making money, health, wealth, relationships, getting a vacation, or spending more time with your friends or family. This is the beginning of all the goals and dreams that you’ve been preserving deep in your heart, as, “Maybe someday, I’ll achieve it.” Now, is the time that you can achieve it (and, we’ll show you the result, not empty promises). And, the more you achieve, the more you’ll gain the self-confidence.

Envision your life 90 days from now

How would you feel like getting up in the morning and NOT worrying about money and paying bills? How would you feel like NOT feeling guilty about not being able to perform your duties or achieve your goals every day that you plan to do? How would you feel like getting rid of procrastination? Our program is based on three things: tangible, intangible, and spiritual. Tangible: you’ll get a booklet that you can get your hands on, read it. Intangible is the software which you can use but cannot touch. And spiritual is the thing that separates us from the rest of the crowd. We’ll teach you how you can program your subconscious mind without being an expert in psychology or hypnotism. And it will help you achieve whatever you honestly believe and want in your life on a day to day basis. If you were like me, you might like simplicity. I wanted to create a system which has the smallest “Learning Curve.” Here is my question to you, “How would you feel like at the end of the day, that you’ve accomplished something today, and your day was not wasted?” You will get a stronger level of clarity in your life as to what you want, and you’ll have the fearless confidence to get that. You have a unique Tracking System here. It will tell you exactly where you stand in a given day, week, month or quarter.

How to Build a New Habit

Being successful requires a set of productive routines that I believe are more demanding than those required to be average. And consistently performing those routines over an extended period of time takes discipline – Brian Moran Why is consistency so important? Because, as the author Israelmore Ayivor once said, “Consistency is the belt that fastens excellence in position. If you don’t do it repeatedly, you’ll not excel in it.” Then the question arises, “How to cultivate consistency?” The answer is by repeatedly doing something and then forming a habit out of it. As Aristotle said, “Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an art but a habit.” Someone once asked a very wise man, “How to cultivate a discipline?” And the old man replied, “Repetition creates a habit, habit creates discipline and discipline creates character. We fail to create a new habit, whenever we do not follow these important steps. They are all intertwined.”

The Flow

Most Goals or Time Management Softwares are just a glorified “to-do” list. They are not on Auto-Pilot. And have a big learning curve. They cannot predict results with Mathematical accuracy. They do not give you “Job satisfaction.” They do not measure your progress. They do not keep you accountable. They are not fun to play with. And, I guarantee it, at the end of the day, if you don’t have fun with your new-found system, it will fall off. You’ll quit. You ‘ve already experienced it in your life. As we all know inherently, “If I go to the gym, I’ll get a better body.” But the big question is, “How do I make myself do that day in, and day out?” That is where this program comes into play. It gives you regularity. A system to follow through with, so you would not need discipline (what you actually need is to create a new habit). You’ll create a new habit through… Tangible (A book), Intangible (A Software) and a Sub-Conscious Mind (Visualization). All you need to do is keep track of what you’ve done. As they say, “Keeping score is the breakfast of champions.” Peter Drucker said, “What’s measured, improves.”

Tools not Concepts

Our sole focus is to help you create a set of daily disciplines to achieve your goal and make you do them day in, day out. Repetition is the key. Most of the system of motivational books are conceptual. They talk big and they’ll make you feel good. I call it feel good program, feel good books. But how many times have we been able to implement their ideas in our life? They don’t provide you practical tools, that is where we come into play. We provide you practical tools, with proven success tracks. We’ll show you the results. All you need to do is write down how much money you want to make, what kind of body you want to have, what kind of health you want to gain or what kind of fun you want to have. It’s an all-encompassing program, which touches virtually every aspect of our life. Because, they are all connected together. We give you something that takes you “full-circle,” and not a “piece of the pie.”

Your Guide

The biggest problem of my life was to keep on going, carrying it through and I couldn’t do it and I hated not being able to finish a job that I started. Sounds familiar? So, I had to make something which joined both worlds. Which is a fusion of concept and tools with a guaranteed result. The end result is, with this system, you’ll achieve what you promise yourself. As Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” It builds up your self-confidence, gives you more joy. All you need to do is, close your eyes and visualize… “In the next 90 days where you want to be.” Yes, our program is based on a 90-day slot, it’s time bound. And this program is so effective that anytime, any day, any week that you are in the program you’ll be able to see your progress. Bring me a clean slate and I’ll make you an expert artist who will paint the exact picture of their life on that blank canvas.

Importance of Focus

Someone said, “If you want to destroy someone, just break his focus.” Let’s also see another’s view… “The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus” – Bruce Lee “If you focus daily, for a year, on the discipline and actions needed to succeed, you will live the rest of your life in a way other only dream of.” – John Assaraf. The question is, “How to create and maintain focus?” Very simple… Just write down your to-do list the night before. It’ll give you more focus than anything else. Even better, after writing it, visualize your next day hour by hour, before bed. And then, ask yourself every hour of the day this poignant question, “What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will become easier or unnecessary?” Above all, “Follow your Daily Focus Software.”

Time Management

You cannot manage time; you can only manage yourself. When it comes to the best time management technique, all the time management gurus agree on one point: take care of the most important thing of the day in the very early hours of the day. This message has been conveyed by Brian Tracy in his book, Eat That Frog, Steven Covey in his book, First Things First and the latest ground-breaking book by Gary Keller named, One Thing. Put your head down and finish it without procrastination. This one technique alone will propel you towards success faster than anything else. Our system will guide you through it.

The 12, 3 & 1 System: Divide your day into three sections Master List, HIT (Highly Important Task) List, and Success List… in the sequence of 12, 3 and 1. This success list (the One Goal) is your “ONE Thing” for the day. Block your time for a solid four hours for the completion of this task.

Goal Management

The best tools that we found to achieve any goal is find out what is the one most important thing that you need to achieve. For example, say like you want to make $10,000 in the next thirty days in your job or business. All you need to do is when you get up in the morning, after you pour your coffee, you write it 20 times, religiously, every day for the next thirty days, “I make in excess of $10,000 by March 31st, 2019.” Another fail-proof system is, before bed, visualize for 20 minutes as if your desired goal is already achieved.

Get Rid of Doubts & Fear

The main source of doubt and fear is a scarcity mentality. And you can defuse it by creating an abundance of love and prosperity in your mind. The 3-minute session of “Priming your brain” in the morning will not only help rid yourself of all your doubts and fear, but it will also help in improving your relations all around you. Brian Tracy once said, “85% of our happiness (or sorrow) comes through the people around us.” So, if we want to be happier, doesn’t it make more sense to build better relationships around us? Control your whole day in a sweet and productive manner, with less hassles. This is what we can do… Love: If you are worried about losing your job, pray good things for your boss and colleagues. If you are worried about your neighbor, pray for her betterment in life. Your customer is giving you a hard time, pray for her… and so on. Initially, it will feel odd, but it is the only way to defuse our doubt and fear. And, once you see the results, you’ll get hooked onto it. Prosperity: The best way to prep your mind is to be thankful, the first thing in the morning… as they say, “Count your Blessings.” Express gratitude for three things that you are grateful for, at this moment. It could be your home, your child, your friend, your new dress, or, a video game. Run the session for just three minutes and see the magic.
