DAILY DECLARATIONS (20×2 minutes): 5 AM & 9 PM

EACH MORNING: Immediately upon awakening, read your list of goals as prepared in their positive, accomplished form. Read every one of them. Read aloud if at all possible. If this cannot be done, then move your lips and form the words silently as you read. (This adds another physical dimension to the intellectual declaration.) After you have read each declaration . . . pause . . . visualize it completely. In your mind’s eye, SEE the car, the home, the office with your name on the door. Touch the steering wheel, walk through the door. Feel the money from that first paycheck in your hands in cash, count it, see each bill and know its denomination.

EACH EVENING: Just before you retire … no matter how late it is, no matter how tired you are, repeat the morning process. Because it is essential that the Daily Declarations be carried out completely and in the most effective manner, let me give you an example of just two properly worded goals and the proper way of declaring them. As you will see, one is a declaration concerning physical property, the other a personality quality. Daily Declarations = Image Streaming.

SUPER SUGGESTION (10×1 minutes): 11 AM or 5 PM

CONDITION YOURSELF: Sit in a quiet, darkened room. Sit comfortably and relax EVERY muscle. Close your eyes.

RELAXING MUSCULAR TENSION: As you are sitting in your chair, visualize the various parts of your body. Start with the very tips of your toes. Think of them relaxing . . . slowly, gradually relaxing.

GET INTO ACTION: Read the full declaration slowly and carefully,

“I become my ‘Authentic Self’ in 30 days.”

Go into your lower level of consciousness as outlined previously.

Repeat the code (Authentic Self) silently, to yourself to implant the declaration at the lower level.

Return to your fully conscious level, thinking as you do that you are going to feel more alert, more relaxed, and more energetic than you ever have before. Super Suggestion = Neural Linking.

SILENT TREATMENT (20×2 minutes): 5.20 AM & 9.20 PM

DETERMINE:

Make a conscious determination that the time has come for a treatment. Don’t just let yourself “happen” into it. Tell yourself you are going to turn things over to the U/C (Unconscious Computer) for a time.

LIE DOWN:

Sit down, or if possible, lie down. Close your eyes and step outside of yourself. Lying there with your eyes closed became as though you were a passive spectator of yourself. Don’t try to think of anything . . . don’t try not to think of anything. Relax . . . just exist for the moment with closed eyes. Think of yourself as having “stepped aside” while some workmen carry on an important task of “cleaning-up” the area where you have been working. Just relax while they put everything in order for your return after a while. Just sit or lie with eyes closed and let go. Silent Treatment = Vipassana meditation.

CLOSE THE SESSION:

When you feel an almost uncontrollable desire to open your eyes … do so. This will be somewhere from five to twenty minutes later. Here are the results you can expect from Silent Treatments: You will find increased enthusiasm, energy, and an overall increase in your sense of well-being. Tiredness falls away.

Visualization for Insurance Agents

(Excerpts from “Mind Power” by John Kehoe)

Bryan Edwards, a man of infectious good humor and high spirits, sells life insurance. I met him on one of my tours and he has become a good friend. Each evening, before he goes to bed, he spends ten minutes running over in his mind his next day’s calls. He pictures himself making his presentation to each client. He sees them being receptive and gladly taking out a policy with him. He imagines a very productive day with lots of sales. He does this for ten minutes before he goes to bed and ten minutes upon rising in the morning, a total of twenty minutes each day. Bryan Edwards sells more insurance in one week than most people sell in six months and is consistently in the top one percent of his profession every year. (10/4/2014)

Visualization

Visualization is what feeds the flame. Think of each visualization session as a log you throw onto the fire of your soul, so it can blaze brighter. If you throw small little logs sporadically, you won’t have much of a fire. But if you continue to feed the fire every day, with fresh logs of concentration, meditation and reflection, you will feed that part of yourself most capable of creating exactly the life you want. The longer the visualization, the bigger the log, the brighter the flame. As the saying goes, “Slow but steady wins the race” …. Initially you’ll have smaller success, but with ample patience and regular practice you’ll get the hang for it … find finally, you’ll cross the “Tipping Point.”

Imprint upon your Subconscious

“Begin this very day to imprint upon your subconscious what it is you desire. Let nothing deter you from this practice, and then watch with wonder and excitement as the “synchronicity” doors begin opening,” said John Kehoe.

The Importance of the Pruning Shears of Revision

In his 1954 lecture, “The Pruning Shears of Revision,” Neville Goddard recommends…

“At the end of every day, before you go to sleep, think through the events of the day.  If any events or moments did not go the way you wanted, replay them in your mind in a way that thrills you. As you recreate those events in your mind exactly as you want, you are cleaning up your frequency from the day and you are emitting a new signal and frequency for tomorrow. You have intentionally created new pictures for your future. It is never too late to change the pictures.” Consult this chapter from The Secret, on page #73…

How to VISUALIZE Correctly So You Can MANIFEST FASTER!

https://youtu.be/FyqLuyV1iNA

  1. Train your mind to associate with the scene and put you directly in it
  2. Perform a single task using one of your senses (to begin with)
  3. Sit for a couple of seconds and relax your body
  4. Go to the next room and see an object (e.g. some flower = sight)
  5. Come back and immediately visualize what you’ve just done (try to recall)
  6. If you do have a problem, do it again
  7. More you do it, more you’ll strengthen your muscles
  8. Then, incorporate some other senses (e.g. a juicy lemon = taste))
  9. Once you did it for 30 seconds, and got comfortable with it
  10. Now go for 60 seconds… keep on increasing it (while using all the senses)
  11. Next time do it with sound (go out hear sounds of a car)
  12. Come back home, and immediately visualize the sound of a car.

VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE BY BRIAN TRACY

There are four parts of visualization that you can learn and practice to assure that you use this incredible power to its best advantage all the days of your life.

Frequency: The 1st aspect of visualization is frequency. Frequency refers to the number of times that you visualize a particular goal as achieved, or yourself performing in an excellent way in a particular event or circumstance. The more frequently you repeat clear mental picture of your very best performance or results the more rapidly it will be accepted by your sub conscious mind and the more rapidly it will appear as part of your reality.

Duration: The 2nd element of visualization is the duration of the mental image. Duration refers to the length of time that you can hold the picture in your mind each time you replay it.

When you deeply relax, you can often hold a mental picture of yourself performing at your best for several seconds and even several minutes. The longer you can hold your mental picture the more deeply it will be impressed into your subconscious mind and more rapidly it will express itself in your subsequent performance or behavior.

Vividness: The third element of visualization is vividness. There is a direct relationship between how clearly you can see your desired goal or result in your mind and how quickly it comes into your realty. This element of visualization is what explains the powers of the law of attraction and the law of correspondence. The vividness of your desire directly determines how quickly it materializes in the world around you. Here’s an interesting point. When you set a new goal for yourself, your image or picture of this goal will usually be vague and fuzzy. You may have no idea at all what that successful goal will look like but the more often you write it, review it and repeat it mentally, the clearer it becomes for you. At a certain point, it will become crystal clear. At that point, the goal will suddenly appear in your world exactly as you imagined it.

Intensity: The fourth element of visualization is intensity. The intensity of a visualization refers to the amount of emotion that you attach to your visual image. In reality, this is the most important and powerful part of the visualization process. Sometimes, if your emotions is intense enough and your visual image is clear enough, your goal will immediately come true.

In every area of your life you can use this technique of visualization. Earlier in this program we talked about the process of idealization. This process involves creating an ideal picture of what your life will look like in the near future? Idealizing is another version of visualizing. Remember, you can’t hit a target that you can’t see. But if you are absolutely clear about what you want and will eventually achieve it sooner or later. As your goal-setting, the two best times to visualize are late in the evening and early in the morning. When you visualize your goals as if they already existed before you go to sleep, your subconscious mind accepts them at a deeper and deeper level. It then, adjusts your words and actions during the day so that you do and say more and more of those things that will make your goals into realities. Another time to visualize is first thing in the morning before you start out. Clear mental images of what you want to accomplish during the day will make it far more likely that you’ll to achieve those resolves exactly as you imagined and on schedule. To repeat, all improvement in your life starts with an improvement in your mental pictures. Start today to flood your mind with pictures of the person you want to be, life you want to live and the goals you want to achieve. Cut out pictures from newspapers and magazines that are consistent with your goals and desires. Post them everywhere. Review them regularly, discuss them often. Imagine them continually. Make your life an ongoing process of positive visualization. Continually imagining and visioning your ideal goals and your perfect future. This can do more to help you to step on the accelerator of your own potential, than any other exercise you engage in.

Now, here are 3 things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action. First, project forward and imagine that your life is perfect in every respect. What could it look like? Whatever your answer, imagine this picture regularly. Second, cut out pictures of the things you would like to have, and the person you would like to be in the future. We’ll look at these pictures and think about what you could do to make them into reality. 3rd, practice mental rehearsal before every event of importance… see yourself in your mind’s eye that you are performing at your very best at everything you do or attempt.

Image Streaming

Image Streaming is deceptively simple:

(1) Close your eyes

(2) See the Images (whatever you visualize)

(3) Describe them FAST. As fast as you can

(4) Record it simultaneously on your phone

(5) Go with the flow, do not edit them

(6) Do not force your mind to do or not to do something

(7) Do it only for 3 minutes a day

(8) Just before bed or after bed is the ideal time

(9) Do it in a calm and quiet place

(10) 3 min/day for 10 days = See guaranteed results

(11) As the time goes by, you’ll become better with it

(12)  When your left & right brain work together, you see wonders

  1. Describe it fast.
  2. Describe it aloud.
  3. Describe it in present tense.
  4. Talk in your Mother Tongue.
  5. Record your description (iPhone)
  6. Rub your eyelids to create imagery.
  7. 3 min/day X 10 days to see the results.
  8. Use all 5 senses, go into details, granular.
  9. Think faster, more visually, and more fluidly.
  10. Image Streaming is best for an auditory person.

How to image stream

The procedure of image streaming is deceptively simple.  You sit back in a

comfortable chair, close your eyes, and describe aloud the flow of mental

images through your mind, in the present tense using all five senses.

Just talk about anything that flows in your mind as a stream.

In the 4th day, it will start getting more and more clear.

3 Components of Image Streaming:

Think Faster, More Visually, and More Fluidly

Before the Image Streaming Session…

Do a quick Centering Exercise

I’m releasing all thoughts and images from the past.

I’m releasing all thoughts and images about the future.

I’ve created a wall in between past and future.

I’m anchoring my mind into the present.

I’m in a sanctuary, it’s safe, it feels like a vacation.

I’m curious and interested that how much I’ll be accomplishing.

I appreciate the cooperation of my mind and body, my conscious and sub-conscious mind.

I can feel that the left and right hemisphere of my brain is working together now.

I’m focused on one thing now for the next 15 minutes. It’s uninterrupted, quality time.

It’s legitimate, because, I’ve quality play time scheduled in my calendar, after this.

I’m centered now. It’s true and I believe it. (A quick 1-min session: 03/13/2023)

Your breathing should be just…

one, long, continuous, flowing b-r-e-a-t-h-e, like a slow, sensuous sigh.

Before starting it, take a deep breath (while inhaling, say in your mind “Re …”),

hold it for 5 seconds, then exhale slowly out (saying in your mind “Lax …”).

Repeat it three times and keep on saying “Re …Lax” each time. Close your eyes

and keep them closed for the next 10 minutes. Don’t look for any images.

You will just aggravate yourself if you can’t find them. Focus instead on your

breathing. Breathe in and out so smoothly that there is no pause between the

in breath and the out breath. Your breathing should be just one, long, continuous,

flowing b-r-e-a-t-h-e, like a slow, sensuous sigh. Let it stroke you as you might…

stroke a smooth piece of velvet.
